This morning I grabbed my camera, got on the bike and went off in search of that perfect picture which, of course, I will never find. I agree with Pete Souza, the Chief White House photographer who, in response to the question, «What is your best picture? answered, «The one I’ll take tomorrow.»
I rode to Moncloa and down through West Park towards the river and then along the river to Arganzuela Skatepark. Things were pretty quiet at the park. There were only a few people and it didn’t look very promising. Nobody was doing anything spectacular but I decided sit down and wait for a while.
Just when I was getting ready to head back to West Park a guy showed up in roller skates. As you can see from the pictures, it was worth the wait. By the way, his name is Bomber.
